DD - Week 1 (8/30-9/5)

Sat (8/30)
Exercise:
200 sit ups
50 lunges (each leg)
50 squats
50 curls
50 triceps
no cardio (still too sick)

Sun (8/31)
Exercise:
None
Alcohol:

Bad food:
None

Mon (9/1)
Exercise:
200 sit ups
30 mins rowing (like in an actual boat on the water)
15 mins walking
(sorry kids - this is the best I could do as I was STILL sick!!)

None

None

Tues (9/2)
Exercise:
back was totally out so none today
Alcohol:
None
Bad food:
None

Weds (9/3)
Exercise:
back was still out... only managed:
15 mins walking on treadmill
100 sit ups
Alcohol:
None
Bad food:
None

Thurs (9/4)
Exercise:
1+ hour "calisthenics"
Alcohol:
2.5 vodka mixed drinks
Bad food:
2-3 servings candy corn

Fri (9/5)
Exercise:
~2hrs "calisthenics"
150 sit ups
arms
squats
Alcohol:
4 glasses red wine
Bad food:
2-3 servings candy corn

All in I would say that my exercise suffered a bit due to bronchitis and my back being out but I will make up for that in week 2... My alcohol was under 7 drinks and food was not so bad.. only the candy corn which is not awful and was necessary since last week was the longest short week ever!!
