DD - Week 4

MM... where do you FIND these pics?! What kind of search do you do to find overweight nekkid peeps on a beach at a wedding?! Is that what you type into Google?!

OK... So my week looks like this -

Sat: Elliptical 50 mins, 300+ abs, weights (legs, back, arms)
Sun: Walk/jog 40 mins, 300+ abs
Mon: None
Tues: Bike 50 mins, pilates mat class (abs) 60 mins
Weds: None
Thurs: Elliptical 35 mins, walk/jog 15 mins, 300+ abs
Fri: Elliptical 45 mins, 300+ abs, weights

Alcohol: ~10 glasses wine (give or take a glass)

Bad food: 1.5 slice pizza for lunch on Fri, candy corn 2 days and like 10 milk duds on fri.. but even with that, did not go over 1400 cals on any one day and 3 days I was below 1000 cals... even with all that wine! So not too bad all in... Now if I would just lose weight!! ugh!!
