Sat 8/30 Group Power 60 min class of total body workout with weights and abs
Sun 8/31  45 min on elliptical
Mon 9/1   45 min on elliptical
Tues 9/2   45 min on elliptical
Wed 9/3  60 min muscle conditioning class with weights and abs
Thurs 9/4  hot yoga 90 degree for 1 hr (strength training or cardio?)
Fri  9/5  45 min on elliptical
Sat  9/6  45 min on elliptical

Alcohol: 5
Down 5 lbs

Those cookies sounded good... I really miss choc chip cookies.  Has anyone had Paul Newman cookies?
