Here's my report for week 4:
Sat: 50 min kickbox
Sun 45 min jog-walk, 100+ situps
Mon
Tues: Pilates (counting as situps), 50 mins treadmill
Wed: 100+ situps, ab machine, strength train
Thur: 48 min eliptical, 100+ situp
Fri: strength train, 100+ situps, 30 min treadmill
Going to try to kick it up this week. (I said that last week and ended up doing the same old thing!) Tried Pilates mat, waste of time. Going to try to do 1hr cardio's.
