This is what I looked like on Sat (shooting 5 stand) . I think the challenge is working! :)
I agree about the sit ups. I always try to do more than 100 when doing them. Remember the guidelines are just the minimum so go crazy!
If you're at the gym the ab machine is the best. The one w/ the weights where you sit up and then crunch forward. The next day my abs always kill.
