Here is my report for the week:
Sat - 20 min bike, 1 hour pilates
Sun - off
Monday -- 1/2 hour bike, 1/2 hour elliptical, abs, arms
Tues -- 20 mins bike, 1 hour pilates
Wed-- off
Thurs -- 1/2 hour bike, 1/2 hour elliptical, arms
Friday -- 45 mins bike
Girls, we're in the home stretch!!! Let's make sure we are bikini and DJ ready when we hit MIAMI like a Hurricane!! MAKE IT WORK!!!
