KRISTYN

Here's my report for WEEK 5:
sat: 50 min kickbox, 100+situps
sun:
mon: 30 min elip, 24min treadmill, 100+situps, ab machine (i also did a ton of walking from 90th to 42nd and times sq home)
tues: 1 hr treadmill, 100+situps, strength train
wed: 50 mins kbox
thur: 45min kbox, 100+ situps
fri: strength train and 100+ situps

I was very good on food and alcohol this week saving up all my calories for Sat (last night) out with the girls! So much fun. But since its the start of Week 6 it doesn't need to be reported until next week. but i will report ahead of time that we had pizza late night. anne is a bad influence! i'll be punishing myself this week with the cleanse!
