I can't believe we're starting Week 7 this week! All this partying is not good for TMC but it sure is fun! So Week 6 began with Bachelorette Party #2 where we tried to be good (hummus, turkey meatballs, etc) but I drank everything in sight. So I'm sure i was over my quota for the week but on the bright side...i did the juice cleanse mon-wed and didn't drink again until Fri. (and last night we don't even need to talk about until next week ;)

Sat 1hr kickbox, 100+situps
Sun (hungover..dying)
Mon 38min elip, 12min treadmill, ab machine, 100+situps
Tues 35min elip, strength, ab mach, 100+situps
Wed 46 min treadmill
Thur kbox 50 min
Fri (drowning my sorrows w/ pjs and dd)
so last week i missed a strength training and since you guys are probably too nice to assign a punishment i will just say that every time i do cardio this week i will do 25 biceps curls as well.
have a good week and keep it up. we're almost there. time to expend that last bit of energy! ha
