JK, I am sooo excited to hear that date #4 went well too!!! And it was a marathon! 12 hours!! What did you do? I cannot wait to hear more about it!!

My situation has come to a halt.. But his ups and downs and obvious depression and general confusion in life was driving me crazy so all is for the best I think.. I will have to explain when we get together for the workout/dinner (I think this is a great idea, btw!)... I am in LA/SF this week but back in NYC on Friday night and all next week.. though I do have a date next Weds night (gotta get right back on that horse!)...

Anyway, I sent mine into the email and will just post the summary here:

Exercise:
4 days of weight training
4 days of sit ups (about 250-300 per day)
4 days of cardio (one day was a little light - about 35-40 mins)

Drinks:
10 (oops)

Bad food:
few days of CCs... (oops)
