I am loving the whole concept of the 'challenge!' I feel like I am always doing these things alone so it is so nice to have someone, let alone several others, feeling my pain!!!

So, I have been doing ok on the challenge. Since the 30th:

Sat, 30th- Ran 6 miles; worked out in gym for 20 minutes (always do abs when in gym)
Sun, 31st- Ran 6 miles; worked out in gym for 20 minutes
Mon, 1st- Ran 6 miles; worked out in gym for 15 minutes
Tues, 2nd- Day off
Wed, 3rd- Ran 5.5 miles; worked out in gym for 30 minutes
Thur, 4th- Ran 6.5 miles

As far as my DC and SPk consumption....hmmm! Truth hurts! I seem to have given up SPKs but only becuase I replaced them with CANDY CORN!!!! Ever since the Bahamas I have been eating CC endlessly! Now that I have officially polished off the corn in the apartment, I will not replace them! I HAVE TO TAKE CONTROL BACK! I have had one DC/day and trying to cut back to 1 every other day...perhaps next week?

The scale is not changing- I need to be careful about becoming obsessed by what the scale says and rather look to see if the cellulite at the top of the thighs is tightening up!!!!!!!
