Kimberly: Ummm, let's go over the rules again!!

You guys are cracking me up! Too funny on all the candy you are consuming!!! But when we said to cut down on the SPK's, that does not mean you get to REPLACE the SPK's with Candy Corn!!!! I am pround of you for cutting down on the DC because that is truly bad for you in terms of your health, and does, I believe, make you fat. So good for you on that!!

Denise, you should not take any hints from Jennifer on the dieting plan. NO CC!!! Until Halloween!!!!! That is when the challenge ends and that is really the only day that anyone should EVER be eating candy corn!!!! EVER!!! Halloween!! Natural food does not glow in the dark.

And as for the chocolate, I think you have to eat like 80% cocoa to get the anti-oxidant effect... not regular candy bars!!
Anyway, I am so glad that everyone is doing so well on the exercise!!!

NOT HAPPY ABOUT: Denise's back!! Get well soon! I really think that some kind of stretching or yoga will be really great for your back. Not sure Celebrex will help you if the pain is muscular, or if a muscle is spasming and pinching a nerve. Try to get Glendon to stretch you out a bit!

As for me, All my workouts have been 45 min cardio. I have 15 mins left, because my first workout was cut to an abrupt 30 mins when I got the knife sensation in my spinal cord. SO I am adding on 15 mins to complete my quota for the week. I am also doing a low-carb, low-sugar diet, so hopefully I can get to the fat burning part of the work out faster!! Although I had a bit of a disaster this week when I cut up a jalepeno pepper last night to put into my healthy-new-diet salad. I did not know you had to cut those things up with gloves on!!! DID YOU???? My hands were burning up all night and I had to soak them in ice water all night. Even this morning after washing them 1000 times, I tried to put in my contact lenses and it felt like my eyeballs were burning out of my head!! COOKING IS DANGEROUS!! I like Kristyn's egg recipe, I think I might try that one next. It sounds safer.

Knife sensation in your spinal cord sounds pretty painful!!!!

I had no idea that jalopeno peppers were so potent! I suggest you stop cooking! Too many hazards in the kitchen!!

Funny stories!

I will try not to eat the second bag of candy corn I bought yday today but it might happen, I will not lie... :) as for the celebrex... It is working! I felt so much better last night and this morning... There is still pain but much less than yday... I have spondylolithesis.. My 5th lumbar vertibra is not attached to the rest of my spine and sometimes certain activities (if overdone) cause the vertibra to move and pinch nerves and then everything swells in the area... It is not fun and super painful... I just need to take it easy for a couple days and rest it and that makes it better.. And the celebrex and valium really helped...:)
