KRISTYN

i just went for a massage and she paid me two (unusal) compliments: "you have a nice abdomen" ..haha i told her ive been doing a lot of crunches and she said its working...and "you have a nice back with no extra meat on it"
so while im sure she was fishing for an extra tip it made me confident that the MC is working!

anyhoo for WEEK 3, here's my report:
Sat 13: 100+ situps, 1 hr walk
Sun 14: 4 hr golf carrying clubs
Mon 15: 45min cardio (elip, bike, tread), strength train, 100+situps
Tue 16: 50 min walk-run
Wed 17: 45 min walk-run
Thur: 100+ situps
Fri: strength train, 100+ situps and ab machine

bad food: 1/2 scoop green tea ice cream

My assessment: for week 4 i want to do cardio longer and eat less calories. 8 lbs to go to be ideal weight but then my dress may fall down so perhaps not a good idea ..haha

Let's keep it going..we're almost halfway there!
