South Beach in one month 8 days away with 175 people we know (or will know)! So drop that cupcake, candy corn and other treats and its time to get serious! Grab a carrot stick and hit the treadmill.
PS. Miami has the best looking people (according to the study on yahoo) so there are many reasons too look your best and LA has the least intelligent (so don't follow them down the slippery cupcake slope)
